Tom Fleming, executive chef at Dallas’ Crossroads Diner, will open his new venture, Chez Dip French Dip Sandwiches, in Legacy Hall on Dec. 17.
The Chez Dip menu will feature a Classic French Dip consisting of freshly roasted Angus beef on a warm baguette baked in house, then smothered with smoked Gouda cheese, pickled red onions, roasted garlic aioli and beef jus, or sauce, for dipping. In addition to the French Dip, they will also offer a Roasted Turkey Dip with herb-roasted turkey breast, red pepper hummus, tomato caper relish and in-house beef jus for dipping.
Signature hot sandwiches are created with meat that is roasted daily and sliced as each sandwich is ordered. All sandwiches are accompanied by a side of Chef Fleming’s signature Béarnaise Potato Salad or potato chips.
“I was drawn to Legacy Hall’s European-style food hall concept and thought the Chez Dip French Dip Sandwiches would be a perfect complement to its other diverse cuisine offerings,” said Chef Fleming. “Our goal is to keep it simple and do it well. We want to make the best hot sandwiches around with the best ingredients – our roast beef and turkey are sourced from several companies right here in North Texas.”
The sandwich shop will be located on the first floor of Legacy Hall at Legacy West, across from Berrynaked.Chez Dip at Legacy Hall >
