Kudos to the City of Plano staff. They are constantly thinking of ways to better serve our residents throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
A new Senior Care Calls service makes sure that our senior citizens keep connected with a phone call every other week. Interested residents can sign up themselves or a loved one, and a city staff member will call to check on them, answer any questions they might have and connect them to needed community resources.
Please exercise caution with would-be scammers: If someone calls claiming to be with the City of Plano and asks for personal financial information or to enter a resident’s home, call the Plano Police Department non-emergency number at 972-424-5678 to report it.
Residents are always welcome to contact the call center with immediate questions at 972-941-5922 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
