Fogo de Chão Opens New Legacy West Flagship Location

From bustling gaucho chefs circling the room to provide tableside service to hungry guests and the rich smells of high-quality meats wafting through the expansive dining room, a night spent at Fogo de Chão’s new Legacy West location is more of a production than a meal. Yes, expect to try a bounty of delicious food and enjoy some ravishing cocktails. The spirited energy circulating throughout the space keeps guests coming back for more time and time again.

With each visit to this Brazilian steakhouse, also known as a churrascaria, diners can experience unlimited servings of premium meats, all for a fixed price. Just sit down, build your own salad and charcuterie board at the market table and feijoada bar, and then flip over your colored coaster to green to invite the roaming chefs passing out the meats over to your table.

The brand has also relocated it global headquarters to Legacy West. Which means it is not only serving up the regular specialties but is also introducing new concepts in the state-of-the-art test kitchen, changing the way people experience Fogo de Chão.

“We couldn’t be more excited about the opening of our flagship restaurant in Legacy West,” Larry Johnson, chief executive officer of Fogo de Chão, said. “While remaining true to our authentic Brazilian roots, this new location will be the launching pad for innovation as the Fogo brand continues to grow for years to come.”

New dining options let regular guests break out of their standard mold. Seafood lovers have something to get excited about with new a-la-carte appetizers like the Seafood Tower and Mango Chilean Sea Bass. Come by during the week to enjoy the lunch special starting at $15. For the first time, guests can enjoy the seasonal market table and feijoada bar with side dishes at a reduced price. They can feel free to add on a specific single selection of the main meats or enjoy the entire churrasco experience. For a hearty brunch option, come by for Weekend Brazilian Brunch and enjoy special breakfast items like the Braised Beef Rib Hash.

Request a spot at the churrasco bar when dining in to get a front-row seat to the open kitchen and churrasqueira grill. All of the meats are cooked over an open flame, which really lights up the sleek space. Guests can also grab a stool at Bar Fogo to enjoy small plates like the Braised Beef Rib Sliders and Churrasco Meat Boards while enjoying happy hour specials. Or make your way to the gorgeous, covered outdoor patio on a warm spring evening for dinner with a view.

No matter where you sit or when you choose to visit, Fogo’s interior is set up to impress. The group dining room acts as a beautiful yet private space for events, while the main space has large focal points – like their 16-foot bas-relief of Antonio Caringi’s statue, O Lacador.

Prepare yourself for a new culinary adventure. With a quick flip of their colored coaster, you too can participate in the dance of dining out at Fogo de Chão.
