Golden Boy Coffee Company is bringing its third location to Plano. The Texas-based coffee shop, bakery and bar will open Feb. 8 at The Boardwalk in Granite Park. Coffee bar by day, wine bar by night, Golden Boy is yet another fun hangout spot at this waterside retreat.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Golden Boy Coffee to The Boardwalk and introduce Collin County to its quality brewed coffee. The Boardwalk has become a food destination offering a wide range of concepts that cater to every guest’s needs. Golden Boy Coffee + Wine Bar does just that. With plenty of outdoor patio space, it is a destination that everyone will enjoy,” shared Managing Director of Granite Properties Will Hendrickson.

Founded by Trey Suire and Andrew Cunningham, the coffee house concept first opened in Denton in 2019 and expanded into Coppell in 2020. They roast all their coffee in house, and all syrups are homemade. In addition to wine in the evenings, handcrafted cocktails will be available as well at The Boardwalk location.

“We love the Plano community and are excited to be opening our third location on The Boardwalk. Golden Boy Coffee + Wine Bar is the perfect place to get your caffeine fix on the way to the office or happy hour on the way home,” said co-founder Trey Suire.

The shop is 1,300 square feet and located between Union Bear Brewing Company and Biscuit Bar in the spot previously housing Pearl Cup Sip. Free WiFi will be available for guests.
