HTeaO, a shop specializing in freshly brewed iced teas, is set to open in west Plano by early March. The business is situated in the former Wholesome Grub restaurant.
HTeaO offers 24 flavors of Texas-style iced tea, all brewed fresh daily with a proprietary blend of broad-leaf green and black teas. Only natural, non-GMO ingredients are used – never any syrups or artificial ingredients. At HTeaO, the owners also take seriously the quality of the water used to brew tea. A reverse osmosis filtration system is built into every location to create the cleanest water possible.
Brothers Trae and Judd Porter are the owners of the Plano HTeaO franchise location, along with brother-in-law T.O. Clark and operator Gary Paredez. The HTeaO concept originated in Midland, Texas but continues to expand, with over 30 locations under development in North Texas including the Plano location as well as spots in Frisco and McKinney.
HTeaO Plano will offer half-priced tea every day during happy hour from 2-4 p.m. Additionally, each morning customers can order The Daily Set Up, which includes a half gallon of tea and large cup of ice for only $2.99. Customers may choose to customize their cups of iced tea with cucumbers, cherries and other fresh fruits.
In addition to tea, HTeaO Plano will also offer a variety of healthy snack options including Skinny Pop, Pop Chips, various protein bars and fresh fruit and as well as Yeti products, as they are a licensed Yeti dealer.
When asked what excites them most about joining the Plano community, the owners said they are most enthused by the people here and our forward thinking community.HTeaO >
