Pearl Cup Sip is now open at The Boardwalk at Granite Park at 5880 State Highway 121. Originating from Dallas’ Pearl Cup Coffee, Pearl Cup Sip integrates a coffee and wine concept. Owners Farrah and Mike Yeager loved the Pearl Cup brand from the moment they first experienced it and knew they wanted to broaden their reach.
“Pearl Cup Sip takes everything we love about the pearl coffeehouse and extends those characteristics into the evening when folks gather together to wind down with a good glass of wine, share a snack and decompress,” said Farrah.
Pearl Cup Sip offers a variety of drinks, including their signature coffee drink, the Pearl Latte, as well as Frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate. Over 30 different wine selections are available, such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The menu for Pearl Cup Sip has expanded from the Pearl Cup Coffee menu but still carrys the classics like muffins, pasties, cookies and breakfast burritos. They also added fresh paninis, salads and shareable appetizers to compliment the wine portion of their menu.
As a neighborhood coffee shop, community is very important to Farrah and Mike and they felt right at home with the community on The Boardwalk at Granite Park. Will Hendrickson, managing director for Granite Properties said, “A great coffee experience is the perfect addition our fast growing and vibrant restaurant row, and we’re excited the Pearl Cup Sip has opened on The Boardwalk.”
Farrah and Mike have plans to open two additional Pearl Cup Sip shops and one more Pearl Cup Coffee Shop in the Dallas area in the coming months.
