After 21 days past the date of your online purchase, we cannot offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please email sales@planomagazine.com to initiate the exchange process. Please include a note indicating your original order number and the desired style and size you want sent back to you. Allow 2-3 weeks for your exchange to be processed.
