The Capital Grille is currently in the middle of its fifth annual Wagyu & Wine event, running through November 20. The promotion offers the perfect pairing–gourmet burgers and wine–in the classic yet luxe setting of Capital Grille.
For $25, the signature fall event offers guests a chance to enjoy one of three gourmet wagyu burgers paired with a glass of red wine typically reserved exclusively for enjoying by the bottle.
The burgers included in the special event are a Wagyu Cheeseburger with Fried Egg and Crisp Onions, a Wild Mushroom Wagyu Cheeseburger with 15-Year Aged Balsamic and a Caramelized Onion Wagyu Burger with Jarlsberg Cheese. Wagyu is a type of high-quality Japanese beef that many consider a gastronomic delight for its tenderness and flavor.
Guests may choose between Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon or Goldeneye Pinot Noir. You won’t be disappointed by either.
