XO Coffee Co. Begins Dinner Service

You may remember that time a few months ago when David Hasselhoff came to downtown Plano to promote his nephew’s new coffee shop, XO Coffee Co. Since opening in February, XO Coffee has become not only the most probable spot in Plano to see Knight Rider, it’s also become a popular stop for coffee, breakfast, lunch and sweets (made onsite by a full-time pastry chef).

Owners David Martin and Linda McCall are pleased to announce XO Coffee is beginning dinner service this week. Led by executive chef Tony Gardizi, the dinner menu features New American dishes with global influences, such as the citrus smoked shrimp cocktail with Thai chili sauce, ginger dusted ahi tuna with braised bok choy and baked brie with apple chutney (which will have everyone at the table oohing and aahing). Beer and wine have also been added to XO’s offerings to compliment the dishes.

Co-owner Linda said, “We consider ourselves fortunate to have an executive chef of Tony’s caliber. Our customers have raved about our lunch menu, and as you can see, dinner is going to bring a new level of excellence in food to Downtown Plano.”

Dinner hours will be 5-9 p.m. every night of the week. On Saturdays and Sundays, the bar will be open until 10 p.m. for coffee, desserts, wine and beer.
