Knife Steakhouse will host its one-night-only Tequila Summer Social next week in Plano, according to a press release.

The event will feature a four-course tasting menu curated by Chef John Tesar. The first two dishes in the lineup are Hamachi Aguachile served with a Lalo Blanco cocktail, then chicken molé with G4 Reposado tequila. Naturally, the steakhouse event’s main course will be 44 Farms New York strip with a side of avocado and crispy plantain, along with Tears of Llorona. The meal will conclude with a dessert and final course of churros and dulce ice cream, plus an 1800 Guachimonton cocktail to drink.
The evening is scheduled to take place 6:30-9 p.m. at Knife Steakhouse, located at 6121 West Park Blvd. in Plano. Tickets are available via Resy and cost $99 per guest.
