A selection of tequila has been expertly chosen by a beverage and mixology specialist allowing patrons to be exposed to a fantastic selection of one hundred percent agave tequilas from the impressive tequila tower, which houses over 120 tequilas. For the personally designed tequila flight, guests can choose between: Avion 44, Chaquira Blanco, Chaquira Repo, Clase Azul 20th Anniversary, Clase Azul Cenizo Mezcal, Codigo 1530 Extra Anejo, Cuervo Reserva de la Familia, Dulce Vida Extra Anejo, Grand Mayan Ultra Anejo, Tears of Llorona, Ocho Tequila Extra Anejo, Paradiso El Tesoro Extra Anejo, and Patron Gran Platinum.
Spearheaded by Chef- Managing Partner Gabriel DeLeon, Mi Dia From Scratch blends traditional Mexico City recipes with modern Tex-Mex and Santa Fe flavors. DeLeon takes much of his inspiration from his passion for travel throughout the world to bring authenticity to his dishes. Mi Dia From Scratch is named for DeLeon’s use of authentic ingredients in creating unique dishes and beverages by hand that are inspired through his training with renowned Mexican Chef Patricia Quintana and influenced by his father, Chef Juan DeLeon.
Although these specials will be taking place on Father’s Day, the regular menus will be available as well. Reservations are highly recommended at the Plano and Flower Mound locations.
