Collin College will host the photographic exhibition SHOA: How was it Humanly Possible? Wednesday, Jan. 29-Friday, Feb. 28 in the J Building at the Frisco Campus (Preston Ridge), 9700 Wade Blvd in Frisco. Sponsored by the college’s Student Activity Fee Advisory Committee, the exhibition is free and open to the public. This event is part of the college’s 35th anniversary celebration.

A production of the Museum Division of Yad Vashem – the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, the exhibition canvasses major historical aspects of the Holocaust, from Jewish life in pre-Holocaust Europe to the liberation of Nazi concentration and extermination camps across the continent, and the survivors’ remarkable return to life. Exhibit panels include explanatory texts, interspersed with personal stories of the victims, quotes, original photographs, and images of relevant artifacts.
