Vestals Catering is taking the hassle out of cooking a Thanksgiving meal with the introduction of its “Home for the Holidays” Re-Heat Ready Menu.
Available now through Nov. 30, the Dallas-based catering company is handling all of the basting, roasting, cooking and baking. Specially curated by Chef Jordan Swim, Vestals’ Thanksgiving Re-Heat Ready Menu serves four to six and is $200 with one protein or $235 with two.
Guests can enjoy a bountiful display of Citrus- and Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast with Shallot Gravy and/or Bourbon Maple Boneless Ham, accompanied by one dozen Artisan dinner rolls with whipped maple butter, Kale Salad with Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, pumpkin seeds and pomegranate vinaigrette, Orange-Cinnamon Cranberry Compote, Fennel and Thyme Cornbread Dressing, Sweet Potato Purée, Haricot Verts with roasted cauliflower and garlic sage butter and one dozen Itty Bitty Ginger Molasses Cookies. They can also pass around one quart of Spiced Cider.
For more holiday selections, Vestals is offering a gourmet Fall Cheese and Charcuterie Board for an additional $50, and three personal pies – Cinnamon Apple Crumble, Spice Pumpkin or Chocolate Pecan – for $5 each. Guests can also add on a Pecan, Gingerbread Pumpkin or Apple Crumble whole pie from Leila Bakery for $40.

Delivery is complimentary in Dallas and is $25 outside of Dallas.
