The restaurant brings in classics like steak frites and sliders alongside dishes like hot honey salmon skewers and signature cocktails.

Entertainment venue and eatery Sip’Stroke Lounge recently opened near the Dallas North Tollway with a full-swing golf simulator and indoor putt-putt course.

The chef-driven kitchen’s menu features shareables like charred lemon calamari and signature wings; soups and salads; entrees like prime ribeye frites or the Sipstroke Burger, which features prime Angus beef, bacon onion jam, smoked gouda, lettuce, tomato, onion, truffle aioli and fries; and tacos.

“The distinction from a golf-entertainment chain is the order things were built in — the kitchen came first and the simulator second, which is the opposite of how these venues usually go,” a press release stated.

Cocktail menu highlights include the Dirty Gator, with Lunazul tequila, Jalisco 1592, lemonade and iced tea, or the Goat Ranch Water, which features Socorro reposado, lime and mineral water.

“It is a Plano business and only a Plano business. No downtown flagship it’s a satellite of,” owner Kushal Bastakoti said in an email. “Everything about it was built for people who already live here.”

Sip’Stroke is located at 5969 Dallas Parkway and is open noon to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to midnight Friday and Saturday.
