Missing out on the Paris Olympics fun? Sixty Vines is aiming to bring a bit of pink Parisian fun to Plano with a rosé-themed pop-up brunch.

Sixty Vines Plano is hosting a brunch pop-up this month centered around rosé called Rosé Getaway Brunch & Bloom.

Starting August 3 at 10 a.m., the wine destination will feature pink umbrellas, a floral wall, rosé-inspired decor, floral tattoos and themed dishes.

New brunch items include a maple banana french toast, tuscan eggs Benedict with smoked tomato hollandaise and a strawberries and cream-toasted almond chiffon cake.

“I’m excited to welcome guests to our Rose Getaway, beginning this weekend,” said Maddie Koelzer, senior brand manager at Sixty Vines. “We created a pinkies-down rosé experience where everyone can embrace the end of summer, grab a tiny piece of Paris and have a weekend adventure without jumping on a plane.”

The pop-up will also feature deliverable cocktails like the DAOU Frozé, D.T.F. (Down to Frolic) and the Pop-Mosa, a twist on the classic mimosa with Sesenta Cava and JonnyPops organic popsicles.

The pop-up will run every weekend in August at Sixty Vines Plano from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sixty Vines is located at 3701 Dallas Parkway just West of Dallas North Tollway.
