The Source of Hope, a Plano-based nonprofit “dedicated to fostering well-being and education,” will host a Hope Run for Hunger 5k next month to raise money for the group’s philanthropic efforts, which focus on a myriad of issues including hygiene products and food collection, a wellness clinic and educational programs for low-income students.
The nonprofit recently announced Hope Run for Hunger, a 5k walk/run held on March 30 at the Plano West Sports Athletic Center located at 5601 West Parker Road. Registration is $45 for adults with a shirt and running bib provided with registration.
