There are several ways that Toyota Motor North America is getting involved. You can too by donating to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country's Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.

Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), based in Plano, is partnering with Toyota Financial Services and Toyota dealers nationwide to donate more than $600,000 to victims of the recent floods in the Texas Hill Country.

“When disasters like this occur, it’s important to help our neighbors and communities in their time of need,” said Ted Ogawa, CEO of Toyota Motor North America. “Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this horrible tragedy. Thank you to the first responders and volunteers who are working tirelessly to assist on the front lines.”

For one of the groups, Gulf States Toyota, the tragedy hits close to home.

“We are deeply saddened by the immeasurable loss caused by the devastation from this disaster. Every person and family impacted remain in our prayers,” said Dan Friedkin, Chairman and CEO of Gulf States Toyota. “In these challenging times, I am reminded of the strength and spirit that define this great state. Gulf States Toyota was born here, built here, and especially in times of hardship, we remain committed to supporting our communities as they try to heal and rebuild.”
