Apparition Expedition 2018

It’s almost that time of year again – the season for ghosts and spooky stories. The City of Plano, Plano Magazine, Plano Podcast, The Plano Conservancy for Historic Preservation and the Historic Downtown Plano Association are excited to present the return of the Apparition Expedition: A Stroll Through Plano’s Paranormal Past.

On the evenings of October 12 and 13, attendees will have the chance to experience firsthand the haunted history of Downtown Plano in a guided, 1.5 mile haunted hike through the historic district. Guests will get an exclusive peek at the creepy corners and back hallways of the mysterious and ghostly places in Plano’s history.

On both evenings, there will be an after-party in McCall Plaza, free and open to the public. For those interested in finding out what their future holds, witness the mysterious readings of a tarot card reader, a palm reader and a lipstick print reader. Live music and a bar will also be offered.

Of course, spooky costumes and steampunk attire are encouraged. You better dress up if you don’t want the Ghost of Costume Past to haunt you forever…just sayin’.

Tickets for the 2017 event sold out within a few hours, so mark your calendars for this year’s on-sale date of September 13 at noon. Apparition Expedition tickets are $15 per person. Psychic readings in McCall Plaza are an additional charge.
