B. Frank & Relish at The Boardwalk at Granite Park has officially changed its name to Fork & Fire: Scratch Kitchen and Craft Bar. The restaurant’s focal point has always been its wood-fired grill, and the new name better reflects what it offers to guests.
“We loved the spirit of B. Frank & Relish, but Fork & Fire better reflects our use of the wood-fired grill and draws people in,” said Jason Graman, concept creator of Fork & Fire. “Now more people stop and read our diverse menu and come in to enjoy the enhanced flavors of food made from scratch cooked on our wood burning grill.”
Fork & Fire will continue to offer the same menu of classic and global inspired dishes with twists on comfort food along with some new additions and revolving menu items. All menu items will still be made from scratch and centered around the custom wood-fired grill that sears in the flavors of fresh meats and vegetables.
Guests can order entrees like the Smokey Southern Fried Chicken which is lightly breaded with a smoky chipotle pickle-and-ancho sauce, the Seared Faroe Island Salmon with a dash of smoked salt and lemon, or the Seared Hanger Steak pan-seared on a cast iron skillet and grilled over mesquite wood. Later this month, Fork & Fire has plans to launch their brunch menu to add more diverse options for its customers.
Fork & Fire will serve whiskey, wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails and even saké on tap. Daily drink specials include half-price margaritas on Monday, half-price rosé wine on Tuesday, $5 Smokey Old Fashioneds on Wednesday, 805 drafts for $2 on Thursday and $5 Freakshow Cabs on Fridays.
In addition to a new name, Fork & Fire has made some updates to its interior. A quote from Jamie Oliver is emblazoned on the wall that read, “I’m probably a bit romantic about it, but we humans miss having contact with Fire.”
The eatery is open for lunch and dinner on Monday-Wednesday from 11am to 10pm, Thursday-Saturday from 11am to 11pm and Sunday from 11am to 9pm.Fork and Fire >
