Critical Start, a Plano-based cybersecurity solutions company, was named one of the Best Places to Work and Best Midsize Places to Work in Dallas in Built In’s Best Places to Work Awards.
The awards program determines winners based on company data about compensation, benefits, remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings, according to the organization. Built In is a candidate generation platform for technology professionals. Their awards program examines award packages in “tech hubs” including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Fransisco, Seattle and Washington D.C.
