FlexHQ is a co-warehousing facility that provides warehouse, office and hot desk spaces. The new Plano location totals over 70,000 square feet with 76 scalable warehouse spaces, eight offices and 14 hot desks.

“We’re thrilled to be expanding our presence in Plano with the opening of our new co-warehousing facility,” said Laurent Opman, co-founder of FlexHQ. “Our innovative workplace solutions provide businesses with the flexibility they need to thrive in today’s fast-paced business environment, and we’re excited to bring these solutions to even more businesses in the Plano area.”

The company takes large industrial warehouses and renovate them into smaller, individual warehouse spaces coupled with business-friendly amenities.

“[There is a] gap we’ve found in commercial real estate for businesses, and the success we’ve already seen in providing a solution. Previously, small business owners who needed warehouse space had to rent 10k+SF with long-term leases that essentially just gave them the keys and told them ‘good luck,’” Theo Lisberger, a representative of FlexHQ/FlexEtc said. “It’s an extremely risky move! Now with FlexEtc, businesses who are running out of their garage or spare bedroom can mitigate that risk by renting one of our warehouse spaces and taking that chance to grow their business to the next level inside a place designed to help them succeed.”

The facility offers amenities like high-speed internet, conference rooms, daily shipping and receiving services, a communal kitchen and a professional photo studio.

“We’re committed to helping businesses succeed, and our new co-warehousing facility in Plano is a reflection of that commitment,” said Opman. “We’re excited to welcome businesses of all sizes and across all industries to our new facility, and we look forward to helping them achieve their goals.”

The co-warehousing company is currently called FlexHQ but is undergoing the process of being renamed to FlexEtc. The new facility is scheduled for opening in April at 1600 W Plano Parkway
