ICYMI: Local Good Coffee Co. opened in Plano last week

The coffee shop also hosts pickleball courts and an event space, aiming to be a third place for Planoites to hang out.

The Local Good Coffee Co., a locally brewed coffee and food joint with pickleball courts and an event space, celebrated a grand opening last week.

The grand opening brought over 600 people. including Coffee Co. director Ashley Khastehdel and Plano City Council member Julie Holmer.

The coffee shop is part of The Local Good Collective, a coalition of for-profit and nonprofit organizations created by Chase Oaks Church that offers a myriad of community services.

The Local Good Coffee Co. is located at 201 Legacy Drive.
