Legacy Hall to host Boots & BBQ Fest this Memorial Day weekend

Legacy Hall is hosting a Texas-sized Memorial Day Sunday event full of live music, craft beer, BBQ and fun for the whole family.

Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co., Legacy Hall’s on-site brewery will be serving craft beers all day to be paired with Brisket Love‘s smokey brisket, smoked jalapeƱo cheddar sausage, macaroni and cheese, rolls and avocado slaw at $20 a plate. Dock Local will also be on site with their Burnt BBQ Plate loaded with pork, ribs, beans and corn salad, also at $20 a plate. Both plates will be available for pre-order on Legacy Hall’s website.

Want a VIP experience? Those 21 and older can purchase a VIP Balcony ticket online, which includes access to the 2nd Floor VIP Balcony overlooking the Box Garden, one barbecue plate, one select 12 ounce Unlawful Assembly Beer, access to complementary brewery tours throughout the day, and a complimentary sampling with Garrison Brothers and TX Whiskey.

Live music will be on the scene all day with a Shania Twain tribute at noon, a Chris Stapleton tribute at 2:30 p.m., Straight Tequila Night at 5 p.m., and a George Strait tribute at 7:30 p.m. There will also be a mechanical bull on site.

Legacy Hall is located at 7800 Windrose Ave. The event will start at noon and end at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 29.
