This year, many employees in the corporate world won’t have the chance to celebrate the holiday season in person. Office holiday parties are coworkers’ chance to unwind together once a year, and Mission Possible Kids (MPK) wants to help companies still do that safely.

MPK is a Plano-based nonprofit that empowers kids and teens to become “agents of change” in the world through service projects. This holiday season, company employees can work on MPK service projects together from the safety of their individual homes.

By reaching out to MPK about an office party supply kit, each of your employees will receive an all-inclusive supply kit to complete a collective service project. At the virtual holiday party, each employee can work on two holiday-themed projects that benefit two local causes. One project makes gifts for children in need and the other serves women’s shelters.

“Our corporate clients like that they can offer a fun and safe event for their employees, serve the community and get great tax benefits, too,” said Mission Possible Kids Founder and Executive Director Kathy Meadows. “We have handled small groups of 25 as well as large groups of thousands of employees.”

After the virtual holiday party, each employee can drop off their project to a designated office representative who will then deliver them in bulk to the organization the company chooses.

If your company would like to participate, reach out to info@mpkids.org by Nov. 30 to sign up.
