CRÚ has crafted a three-course brunch menu for Mother’s Day with a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert for $48 per person. Choices include goat cheese beignets, roasted beef tenderloin and eggs, Maine lobster and saffron risotto with a poached egg and butter toasted lemon pound cake with blueberry compote and lemon curd.
Darna Mediterranean Eatery
Legacy West, 5905 Legacy Drive
Darna is doing Mother’s Day all day long with brunch, lunch and dinner menus that feature dishes like banana bread French toast, Greek cheese feta fondue and lamb ragu with a sunny-side-up egg or Darna’s live wood kebab board. All moms and mother figures will also get a flower.
Princi Italia

Princi Italia is hosting a brunch this Mother’s Day with choices for appetizers, entrees and desserts. Guests can start with an avocado and lump crab bruschetta or seared scallops with risotto. For the main course, options include grilled salmon Oscar, rosemary roasted beef tenderloin, crème brulee French toast or the Princi Crab Cake Benedict. For desserts, guests can choose from tiramisu, vanilla bean panna cotta with blueberry compote, candied lemon peel and mint or warm apple and blueberry crostata with vanilla bean gelato.

Mexican Bar Company is putting a twist on Mother’s Day with huarache (chipotle-basted shrimp, avocado criollo, slaw, queso cotija, salsa macha and blue corn masa), tacos de birria (traditional style slow-cooked goat, cilantro, onion, slaw and consomme), codorniz (two grilled quails over brussels sprouts), braised short ribs (vino-braised short ribs, roasted vegetables, celeriac mash’d and vine mole) and tres leches. The Mother’s Day menu will run from 3 to 9 p.m.
