SESSION Pilates is now open at 2401 Preston Road, Suite B-2. Owner Brittany Grignon could not be more excited about the long-awaited opening of her Plano studio
“We have spent the last few months getting acquainted with Plano and we’ve learned one thing for sure: Plano shows up,” she says. “We have met so many new faces through pop-ups and events that we’ve done, and I’m beyond excited to finally open the doors and be able to host them in our space and on our reformers — giving them a true SESSION experience!”
Grignon says that she has cultivated a team of top instructors to lead that experience. It is billed as a 50-minute full mind and body experience designed to be unlike any other in the area. The SESSION method focuses on quick transitions through a beat-based, high-intensity, full-body workout.
While the studio opened on Monday, an official grand opening celebration is planned for Sat. Oct. 6. It will include music, drinks, and Tacodeli Tacos. Raffle prizes will also be given out throughout the event.
