The Art Gallery at Collin College Plano Campus will host the exhibition Sound Box – Please Touch from Nov. 3-14.
The exhibition creates an immersive and interactive installation featuring a variety of sound boxes made by local artists and musicians. Throughout the exhibition, visitors are encouraged to explore the possibilities of each box as they create and experience the unique sonic environment that results, according to a press release.
The public is welcome to join faculty, staff and students for an Artist Talk in the gallery from 1-1:45 p.m. on Nov. 9 to hear Professor Chris Morgan discuss the exhibition. A public reception for the exhibition will be held on Nov. 14 from 4-7 p.m.
