The sports bar's newest location is set to open in early February, serving up elevated bar favorites with a swanky design and vibe.

With a TBD opening date, a new sports bar  is opening by the Shops at Legacy. The Ainsworth aims to be a “unique blend of energetic dining and nightlife flair.”

The Ainsworth currently has two locations: one in New York and one in Phoenix. While the official release date has not been finalized, a representative from the restaurant said we should expect an early February opening.

“From the moment I saw the space, I knew it had the bones of a great American Tavern,” owner Martin Corboy said.

An official menu has not been added to the Plano location’s website, but menus from other locations indicate that we should expect a weekend brunch with wings, nachos, waffles, pancakes, toasts and other brunch favorites. The dinner menu features starters like sliders, wings and nachos, salads, build-your-own-burgers and other sports bar favorites, plus some elevated plates.

According to the bar, the interior will boast a rustic chic aesthetic with vintage sports memorabilia, a marble bar top, chandeliers and 14 HD TVs.

The Ainsworth Plano will be open at 7300 Lonestar Drive Suite C150 from 11-2 a.m. daily.
