Twisted Root presents Tossed and Sauced

When burger restaurant Twisted Root set up shop last month at 1212 14th Street in the space formerly occupied by Hub Street, they inherited a wood fire oven ideal for making pizzas.  That motivated the creation of a new concept within the same venue.

Tossed and Sauced is now serving up a variety of pizza and pasta items. Owners say it’s their way of, “giving the people what they want- all the cheese, all the carbs, and all the hand-crafted deliciousness.”

Menu items include nine different pizzas, three pasta dishes and three types of salads  The new menu is available for both dine-in customers and online orders. As a special promotion, those who spend $15 on UberEats save $5.
