Insurance. Tech. Airplanes. What could 3 companies in these industries have in common? All are moving their corporate offices to Granite Park.

One sells insurance. Another provides technology consulting to businesses. The last manages operations for aircrafts. What do the three companies have in common? All are moving their corporate offices to Granite Park.

Lockton, the “world’s largest privately-owned insurance brokerage,” signed a two-year lease for two floors in the Granite Park 6 development, according to a news release, doubling its office space in 2026. Though the global headquarters are in Kansas City and London, there are around 500 Lockton employees in DFW, many of which are in the growing Plano office.

“Relocating to Granite Park 6 is a great opportunity to enhance the workplace experience for our associates as well as better serve our growing client base in the North Dallas region,” said Steve Idoux, CEO of Lockton. “Lockton has had a presence in the Dallas region for many years and this expansion of our office space in Plano underscores our commitment to our associates and clients. We couldn’t be more excited about it.”

Tech Mahindra, a technology consulting and digital solutions provider, is moving its Americas headquarters to Plano with a newly-opened Granite Park office at 5850 Granite Parkway.

“Tech innovation is crucial for our region’s growth,” Mayor John B. Muns said. “The new Tech Mahindra office will nurture local talent and contribute significantly to our economy, reflecting our shared commitment to fostering a thriving tech ecosystem.”

Atlantic Aviation, though already headquartered in Plano, is also moving to the Granite Park 6 office tower, occupying the 17th floor.

“We’re proud to support a forward-thinking company such as Atlantic Aviation with an inspiring work environment,” said Paul Bennett, senior managing director of Granite Properties. “We’re seeing an uptick in leasing activity at Granite Park 6. Customers want an innovative and hospitality-driven work experience with high- end amenities, collaborative spaces, walkable shops and restaurants, in a great location and Granite Park 6 represents that.”
