The beach is a long way from Plano. The closest thing to “fun in the sun” is Aqua Shop Indoor Surfing in The Shops at Willow Bend.
Aqua Shop’s main attraction is the Flowrider (which lets you surf and body board year-round), but they also feature a Cannon Ball Blaster, the Thrill Zone, the Big Wave toy, and plenty of shopping. They boast the largest selection of skateboards and longboards in Texas.
