Ziosk opens service center in Plano

The Plano-based corporation is known for its tabletop devices that allow fast casual restaurant users to pay and play at the table.

If you’ve ever been to an Outback Steak House, Chili’s, Texas Roadhouse or other popular casual chains like it, you’re familiar with the on-table device that allows you to pay, play games and sometimes order — Ziosks.

The Plano-based company, headquartered at 6201 W. Plano Parkway behind Ewing Subaru, announced the opening of a 16,000-square-foot Plano service center, which will streamline operations and support long-term growth, the company said in a statement.

According to the release, the service center is three times the size of the company’s previous facility, creating more than 20 Plano-area jobs and expanding the company’s presence in the area. All Ziosk products, including the Ziosk Mini, Ziosk Drop & Pay™, and Ziosk Pro Server Tablet, will be distributed through the new service center.

“At every stage of our growth, we’ve focused on investing in technology, people, and processes that allow us to deliver a better restaurant experience,” Ziosk CEO Rhonda Levene said. “This new facility marks a major milestone in our journey. We are excited to build on our current momentum to serve our growing list of incredible operator partners. The need for technology solutions that help foster impeccable guest experiences is greater than ever, and we are proud to work with partners who are eager to adopt digital hospitality that delivers actionable intelligence and makes a real impact on their business.”

The Ziosk Plano Service Center is located at 2805 E Plano Parkway in East Plano.
