Ebb & Flow, a Deep Ellum spot offering dinner, drinks and brunch, will open a second location at Plano’s Shops at Legacy this March. The Plano outpost will be located at 7300 Lone Star Drive Suite C125, the former space of Coal Vines.

Brothers Dallas Hale and Eric Bradford paired up to open the restaurant in fall of 2019. Dallas was already a successful restaurateur, a partner in Shell Shack and Sushi Marquee. Eric has worked in the music world of Dallas for a decade, managing venues Bomb Factory and Trees. Through their combined interests, Ebb & Flow is a blend of the music and food worlds.

“After more than a year in Deep Ellum, we’re excited to expand our concept to Plano,” shared Dallas. “Ebb & Flow was founded on the idea that good food, drinks and music – combined in the right atmosphere – can bring people together for conversation and celebrations. The Shops at Legacy is a vibrant neighborhood that perfectly complements our ethos, and we believe that we can provide a comfortable place for locals to hang out with friends and make new ones.”

The Plano location will be 3,000 square feet, with a 1,000-square-foot patio. Laura Bradford is designing the space, filling it with unique tile floors, chandeliers, and ivy and flowers on the patio, similar to its Dallas predecessor. The menu will include favorites like the toasted ravioli, patty melt, turkey stroganoff and ratatouille. Drinks from the full-service bar will include cocktails like the Garden Margarita and Frozen Watermelon Mule as well as beer and wine.
