Preston Park Colonnade retail center, at the southwest corner of Park Boulevard and Preston Road, will soon be home to new Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma stores. The home decor stores are opening side-by-side next to Whole Foods, in the former Treehouse location.
Williams Sonoma will open in June at 2201 Preston Road Suite B, according to a representative from the company. The current Williams Sonoma store at 1900 Preston Road will close when this new one opens. The new store will be approximately 7,000 square feet.
Pottery Barn will also open in June, at 2201 Preston Road Suite A. It will be about 13,000 square feet, and the design features reclaimed wood sourced uniquely for the location. There will be a onsite Pottery Barn Design Studio complete with an enlarged consultation area and Design Resource Wall. Staff members can assist customers with home design both in-store and virtually.
The Pottery Barn store will also feature an outdoor patio that will serve as an expanded showroom for the brand’s outdoor furniture, décor and planter collections.
