EBESU Robata & Sushi is celebrating three years this weekend with a special five-course dinner.

The modern Japanese bistro opened in 2019 in the Historic Downtown Plano Arts District.

The menu includes yellow gazpacho, snow crab salad, bluefin toro crudo, eggplant millefeuille, pulled duck and sesame wonton chips, pan-seared sansho-panko seabass, honey-glazed roasted pork loin, prime tenderloin “Shio-Koji” steak, pan-seared Maine lobster with brown rice risotto, and a mini swiss roll for dessert.

“We are very thankful to each and everyone who have supported our business,” said Tomoaki Fujii, front-of-house manager at EBESU.

The dinner is available from July 29 to 31 and is $68 plus tax per person. EBESU is open from 5 to 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 5 to 10 p.m. on Sunday. EBESU is located at 1007 E 15th St.
