Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express to open November 14

Plano’s first Fatburger & Buffalo’s Express is set to open at 11 a.m. Nov. 14.  According to a post on the company’s social media site, the opening date was pushed back a week to give owners more time to publicize the new co-branded restaurant. It will be located at 1855 Dallas Parkway, Suite 300.

Fatburger was founded in Los Angeles in 1947 and bills itself as “The last great hamburger stand.”  In addition to the signature “Fatburger,” menu items include other burgers, sandwiches and milkshakes.

The chain has locations in five states and 19 countries.  It began expanding into Texas in 2019 when it opened a North Richland Hills outpost.  Today there are also locations in Allen, Garland and Arlington.

Buffalo’s Express is a sister brand of Fatburger that features a wide array of wing options.
