Legacy Hall Juneteenth Fashion show returns

Legacy Hall’s Juneteenth Fashion Experience is returning for its fifth year with vendor shopping, pre-show live entertainment, a DJ, fashion show and more.

All proceeds from the show, themed “Ubuntu: Together, We Are – Together, We Rise” will benefit The African Think Tank, a nonprofit that focuses on promoting the entrepreneurial interests of those in the African diaspora.

The evening starts at 5:30 p.m. with early access vendor shopping, followed by pre-show live entertainment by DJ Dr. Mack at 6 p.m., the fashion show at 7 p.m. and a line-dancing afterparty with Cupid the LineDance King at 8:30 p.m.

The fashion show will be emceed by Lady Jade and Michael Shawn and co-hosted by NeAndre Broussard of Black Menswear. Designers include House of Dasha, Crossed Hats by Mahiri Takai, Black Menswear, Marta Ruiz, Kishme, Saint Lamo, Annia Louisa, Indigo 1745 Collective, Tangwa, House E.Keyes, Military Glam Gear by Katrice Thompkins and Styled by Kristen Briggs.

Legacy West is located at 5908 Headquarters Drive.
