Comedy Dads Father’s Day Spectacular

Plano House of Comedy, 7301 Lone Star Dr

If your dad is funny (or thinks he is, anyway), Comedy Dads features a lineup of headlining and up and coming dad comedians. Acts like Flo Hernandez, CJ Starr, Barry Whitewater, Jonathan Jones, Fonzo Crow and Mitch Burrow will be present. Plano House of Comedy will also have prizes and drink specials available.There is a two menu item minimum per person. Tickets are $20 and guests must be 16 or older.

 

CRU Food and Wine Bar

7201 Bishop Rd

CRU is bringing brunch and dinner options to the table with PlumpJack wine pairings and dishes like smoked salmon deviled egg toast, filet mignon with chimichurri and drinks like wine, mimosas and bellinis. Brunch is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 9 p.m.

 

Bulla Gastrobar

6007 Legacy Dr. 

Bulla Gastrobar is bringing a 3-course brunch to Father’s Day with bottomless mimosas and sangrias, a complimentary box of chocolate clusters during dinner and a $20 gift card for Dad’s next visit while supplies last. The celebration kicks off at 10 a.m. and ends at 10 p.m.

 

Haywire

5901 Winthrop St.

Haywire is celebrating Dad with a brunch buffet featuring a carving station, taco bar, seafood bar, breakfast choices and desserts. The brunch buffet is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 18.

 

Princi Italia

3300 Dallas Pkwy 

Princi Italia is offering a three-course prix fixe menu for $35 with plenty of options from brunch and Italian classics. The menu will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 18. Menu items can also be purchased a la carte. There will also be a Father’s Day dinner with chef’s specials and an a la carte menu available from 4 to 9 p.m.

 

Kona Grill

5973 W Parker Rd

Kona Grill is bringing on their Kona-Mosa Brunch June 17-18 with The Big Daddy Surf & Turf, a $79 offering including a 20 oz prime rib and three grilled prawns, available for dine-in or takeout. Full brunch, dinner and late night happy hour menus will also be available.

The Plano location might not be opening due to construction delays until July 1, but if you head to Dallas’ location for a sneak peak, you’ll find a buy two desserts and get one free June 16-18.
