Salad and Go, a drive-through health food restaurant, is coming to Plano, Dallas and Richardson this spring. The menu consists of made-to-order salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, soups and drinks at fast-food prices.
“At Salad and Go, we offer a value proposition with fresh, wholesome food from a drive-thru that you can’t find anywhere else. We are a purpose-driven company that not only serves food that is good for you, but also good for the community. We look forward to becoming part of the local communities as we expand our footprint in Texas,” shared Salad and Go CEO Joel Chrisman.
The streamlined menu allows for Salad and Go to keep operating costs low so that meal prices remain low, as well. Daniel Patino, an award-winning chef, designed the menu with unique flavor combinations and healthy ingredients.
The team at Salad and Go are on a mission to disrupt the world of fast food and improve the health of Americans, all while giving back to local communities. In other cities, the company has focused on fighting hunger and homelessness, and plan to do the same in the Dallas area.
The Plano location will open in early May at 3940 W. 15th St.
