Italian-American concept restaurant Sfereco will open its new Plano location at 1941 Preston Road, Suite 1004 on Sept 15. It’s the latest offering from Refined Hospitality Concepts, the brand behind restaurants like Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge, Scout, and Overeasy. This will be Sfereco’s fourth location after Downtown Dallas, Lewisville and the River Walk in Flower Mound.
“We’ve been wanting to bring Sfereco to Plano for a long while now, so we’re really excited to open in such a prime location at Park and Preston,” Refined Hospitality Concepts CER Robert Hall said. “With personal roots and long family history in Plano, we think local diners will really enjoy our atmosphere and chef-driven, Italian-American menu.”
The 3,200-square-foot Sfereco, will have a Spaghetti Western-themed interior, a private event space, plus a patio that can accommodate up to 50 diners.
The menu encourages diners to customize all of their meals. Popular items include multiple styles of meatballs and customized pizzas. There are also vegan and gluten-free options, including an “Impossible Meatball” and a cauliflower-crust option for pizzas.
Sfereco offers weekly specials as well. Kids under 12 eat free on Sundays with the purchase of an adult entrée. Game Day specials are available during the streaming of major league games and include deals such as a 16-inch specialty pizza and 12 wings for $26.99.

It makes sense that they would take over the Paleo’s location. That Paleo’s went downhill at the start of quarantine and has had terrible quality since then.
