Sports fans, grab your gear and get ready to cheer on your favorite team at DFW’s new sports headquarters. Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill, owned by Dallas Stars owner Tom Gaglardi, will open its doors in Plano this summer, just in time for Texas’ favorite season— football season. Originally from Canada, the Plano location will be the first Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill in the United States.
Guests can expect more than just the typical sports bar. With towering big screens and a teeth-rattling audio system, this U.S. newcomer offers an experience that pairs exceptional service with spirited fun. The Plano location includes over 40 TVs including two 20-foot seamless HD media walls. The space also includes an outdoor patio, a separate 62-person event space, game room featuring arcade classics and a live scoreboard for Dallas Stars games.
Along with quality entertainment, Shark Club has the ultimate food & beverage offerings. Appetizers include the traditional Canadian dish, poutine with Quebec cheese curds and gravy, and more traditional American bar bites like chicken wings in nine flavors or the massive Keg of Nachos. Entrée options include a variety of burgers, pizzas, sandwiches and salads with highlight dishes like the Adult Mac n’ Cheese with bacon, jalapeños, panko crumbs and spicy ketchup.
The beverage selection offers something for everyone with classic cocktails like the Moscow Mule, Mojito and Old Fashioned or their signature sips including the Southern Belle with New Amsterdam Gin, St. Germain, fresh lemon topped with rose prosecco and the Cider Sangria with Austin Eastciders, Deep Eddy Peach, fresh watermelon and orange. The sports purveyor also offers an extensive beer and wine list including 24 beers on tap, including 12 options from local Texas breweries.
