Plano City Council voted Tuesday 8-0 to approve a zoning change allowing a stealth antenna in the proposed tower and public plaza at the AT&T site.
Older adults can now use Plano Rides, a Via service aimed to mitigate the limitations and shortages of current microtransit options.
