West Plano Village: A Guide to What’s Opening in 2017

Where is West Plano Village?

Northeast corner of Parker Road and Dallas North Tollway.

What’s there?

Opened in late 2015, the 550,000-square-foot mixed-use community features street-level retail and restaurant space (90,000 square feet) beneath second-level office and medical space (60,000 square feet). Also in the mix is a four-story, 264-apartment residential complex, which was developed by Amli Residential.

Restaurant tenants include eatZi’s Market & Bakery, Princi Italia, The Royale Magnificent Burgers & Shakes, Pakpao Thai, Mi Dia From Scratch and Kona Grill, which has only one other location in Dallas at NorthPark Center mall. Retailers include Nasr Jewelers and AT&T, which is one of its new concept stores that features an open floor plan and designated areas for the Explore Zone, the Connected Experience Zone and the Community Zone.

What’s coming?

West Plano Village has three remaining restaurant spaces available, as well as two retail spaces. There is also additional space for boutique office users or healthcare/medical office users on the second-floor office space. West Plano Village is in negotiations with new tenants, but could not release details as of press time.
