National meat grocery chain Wild Fork opens Plano location

After opening on September 11, the seafood and meat grocer is celebrating a grand opening in October with prizes, tastings, beer and more.

Wild Fork, a meat and seafood grocer with over 40 locations nationwide, is opening a location in Plano next week.

The grocer carries everything from premium Wagyu and exotic meat to appetizers, sides, seasonings and other items to pair with the meat.

“At Wild Fork, quality is our top priority. Our butchers, product developers and in-house chefs’ hand-select and taste test every product we source,” a representative from Wild Fork said in a news release. “The fresh, new way to eat is here, and it’s frozen. We blast freeze our products at peak freshness to seal in straight-from-the-farm flavor… This is eating evolved.”

The store will open at in the Preston Park Village shopping center at 2085 Preston Road, Suite 100  on September 11 and host a grand opening on October 26 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. with tastings, a fall drink from Bunker Brews, raffles and prizes.
