Plano African American Museum to host 2nd annual food fundraiser

#PISDProud Plano East’s team crossed the top 50 on the top 100 list, putting the school’s program ahead of around 3,0000 others nationally.
The series includes talks on human trafficking, civility, gender-based violence, resilience and intersectionality.
The race includes a 5k and a one-mile fun run, with proceeds benefitting the L. Christina Smith Foundation.
Collaborative Arts of Plano’s festival will include a flash mob from Garage Arts Project (pictured) and 35 other groups’ events/booths.
The comedy play-lineup will take place on June 5-21, 2025, at the Cox Playhouse as part of Rover Dramawerks’ 25th anniversary season.
Katherine Polimerou will be honored for her Gold Award — which created over 100 cookbooks to combat food fatigue — on October 25.
