Rachel Yzaguirre

Rachel Yzaguirre is a Community Outreach Librarian with Plano Public Library, specializing in social media, grant writing and sharing PPL resources with citizens of Plano. Rachel has always lived in North Texas and enjoys exploring new places, one coffee shop and brunch spot at a time.
