Sustainability-minded Texas-based restaurant chain bellagreen has launched a breakfast menu, starting with the Plano location.
“We wanted to test a new daypart [mealtime] at a location that has a good mix of business and residential, and Plano fits the bill,” Chief Financial Officer Eric Easton said. “We first test in one location because it is critical to closely monitor the traffic build of a new daypart and the impact of extending hours of operation on labor and sales. Most importantly, we want to ensure that the quality and service meet and exceed bellagreen guest expectations.”
Located at Park and Preston (2408 Preston Road), bellagreen will now open early to serve breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. The breakfast menu includes dishes like french toast, greek yogurt pancakes, avocado toast, parfaits and other breakfast favorites.
‘We wanted to provide classic breakfast favorites, with the better-for-you twist that our guests love and expect from bellagreen,” bellagreen Chief Marketing Officer Beth Collins said. “With offerings such as Challah French toast, Greek yogurt pancakes, power protein bowl and parfaits, bellagreen breakfast satisfies any guest craving – from indulgent to lighter options – and can be enjoyed on the go or leisurely with others.”
