From photography to sculpture to watercolor, Collin College's faculty are showing off the myriad art offerings with their own pieces.

While student exhibits are par for the course at college galleries, Collin College aims to show off the various art programming with their Annual Collin College Art Faculty Exhibition.

Featuring works by art professors created in their own studios, the exhibition allows students to learn about myriad courses available at the college, including 2-D design, 3-D design, ceramics, communication design, digital arts, drawing, figure drawing, jewelry/art metals, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture and watercolor.

The exhibition will be open to the public from August 26 to September 13. A reception, also free and open to the public, will be held on September 5 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. The gallery is located on Collin College’s Plano Campus, Room A175, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway and is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays.
