Dallas Associated Dermatologists

With more than 60 years of service to Dallas/Fort Worth in four locations, Dallas Associated Dermatologists has opened brand new doors in the Plano community with a built-from-the-ground-up office in Preston Legacy Center.

Plano resident Chris Crawford, M.D., has served as team dermatologist for the Texas Rangers since 2005 and has been honored in D Magazine’s “Best Doctors in Dallas” and Texas Monthly’s “Super Doctors” and “Best Doctors in America.” Dr. Crawford has wanted to open a practice in Plano for a while. Now his dream has become a reality with the addition of Allison Singer, M.D., and Julie Rembold, M.D., both of whom tout numerous awards from honor societies and residencies. They are also Collin County residents and expressed excitement serving in their own communities.

In addition to full family care, this office stands out from others in the community with its state-of-the-art technology. They offer injectables, fillers, Botox®, lasers, peels, micro needling and coolsculpting. Moreover, they perform thorough skin cancer checks, and use high-tech equipment like the dermatoscope for accurate melanoma screenings. Dallas Associated Dermatologists has shorter wait times than other offices and offers same-day appointments for patients with urgent needs.

“We really take pride in caring for our patients. They are like our families. We know them on a personal level,” Dr. Singer said. “It’s not just about the medicine, it’s about the whole person. That’s one of the things that differentiates us. We have the science, knowledge, training and experience but all that aside, we have a genuine care, joy and love of what we do for our patients.”

Dallas Associated Dermatologists is affiliated with Platinum Dermatology Partners, a physician services organization with a growing network of highly reputable dermatologists across Texas. Dr. Singer said that is a big asset to their office because they are part of a larger network to share experiences and refine treatments and protocols. Their Plano location is a full esthetic office that offers medical, surgical and cosmetic care. However serving families is at the heart of their practice – from babies to the senior members of the family. Dr. Singer said that’s what gives them, as doctors, the most enjoyment.

“We are a one-stop shop for the whole family, and we build long-term relationships with patients,” she said, adding that she has served patients in middle school who are now adults with children of their own.
