Where is Granite Park?
Southeast corner of Sam Rayburn Tollway and Dallas North Tollway.
What’s there?
Granite Park opened its first tower in 1999 and has since opened four more, with a sixth tower in progress and room to accommodate a seventh. The 90-acre master planned development currently has 1.9 million square feet occupied by office, retail, hotel and restaurant tenants.
Ford’s regional office, Siemens PLM Software, Heartland Payment Systems and Coca Cola DFW are considered to be the major corporations located in Granite Park, while well-known eateries such as Campisi’s Restaurant, Blue Mesa, Tiff’s Treats and The Blue Fish are also located on premises. Also part of Granite Park is the 262,500-square-foot Hilton Granite Park hotel and two retail centers: The Shops at Granite Park and The Shops at Granite Park Three.
What’s coming?
The Boardwalk is a 30,000-square-foot restaurant park that will include five to six dining options, including Hook Line and Sinker, Union Bear Brewery & Pizza Tavern (brought to you by 33 Restaurants, the folks behind Taverna Rossa) and Chip’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers – all set to open mid-year.

Right now, Chip’s Old-Fashioned Burgers is open. Two more restaurants will be opening in the fall.
